By using this website or enrolling in any PurposePreneur Movement™ program, you agree to these terms.
Services offered:
Free Alignment Audit. The 90-Minute Right Mountain Audit ($397). The Right Mountain Intensive (six-week private coaching program, founding rate $1,997). Forge OS behavioral tracking (available to enrolled clients). PurposePreneur community (via Skool).
Not medical or therapeutic advice:
Coaching provided by Coach Alex Côté is not a substitute for therapy, medical care, or mental health treatment. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis, please contact a licensed professional or emergency services. Nothing in our programs should be construed as diagnosing, treating, or curing any condition.
Payment and refunds:
The Right Mountain Intensive — full refund available if requested within 48 hours of enrollment, provided the first session has not yet taken place. After 48 hours or after your first session begins, whichever comes first, the enrollment is non-refundable; the Right Mountain Completion Guarantee (see the Intensive page) remains your safety net for the remainder of the program. The 90-Minute Right Mountain Audit ($397) — non-refundable once the session has been delivered. If you need to reschedule, contact us at least 24-48 hours before your scheduled time and we'll find a new time at no charge. This $397 is fully credited toward the Right Mountain Intensive if you enroll within 7 days of your session. Payment plans, where offered, must be completed per the agreed schedule.
No guaranteed outcomes:
While we're committed to your experience and completion of program deliverables (see the Right Mountain Completion Guarantee on the Intensive page), we do not guarantee specific financial, business, relationship, or life outcomes. Results depend on your own effort and circumstances.
Confidentiality:
We treat what you share in coaching sessions as confidential, except where required by law (e.g., imminent risk of harm to yourself or others) or with your explicit consent (e.g., using anonymized, permission-granted testimonials).
Intellectual property:
All frameworks, content, and materials (including the Right Mountain Method, Six Wealth Portfolio, Forge OS, and related IP) remain the property of PurposePreneur Movement™ / Coach Alex Côté. You may not redistribute, resell, or teach these frameworks commercially without written permission.
Limitation of liability:
To the extent permitted by law, PurposePreneur Movement™ and Coach Alex Côté are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services.
Governing law:
These terms are governed by the laws of Colombia, where Coach Alex Côté is currently based and operating from.
